These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of kaihuanlaserwelder.com (the “Website“), operated by Kaihuan Laser (“we“, “us“, “our“).
By accessing or using the Website, or by submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover the Website only. They do not govern the sale, delivery, warranty, or servicing of any equipment. All purchases of physical equipment are governed by the separate written sales contract or proforma invoice (“Sales Contract“) agreed between you and us — see Section 9.
1. Who We Are
The Website is operated by Kaihuan Laser Co., Ltd., located at Fenghuang Industrial Park, No. 52 Liufang Avenue, Fozuling Subdistrict, East Lake High-tech Development Zone, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.

2. What the Website Is — and What It Is Not
The Website is an informational and inquiry platform. It presents our handheld laser welding equipment, technical content, and company information, and it allows you to submit inquiries.
The Website is not a store. There is no account registration, no shopping cart, and no payment processing. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell, and no contract for the sale of equipment is formed through the Website. Equipment is sold only under a separate Sales Contract.
Technical information is not binding. Product specifications, capabilities, and prices shown on the Website or in our content are provided for general guidance, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer or warranty. The specifications applicable to any purchase are those stated in the Sales Contract or proforma invoice for that transaction.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. Specifically, you must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through our forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or related systems
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Website content using automated tools without our prior written consent

- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
We reserve the right to block access from any source that violates this section, and to delete spam submissions without processing them.
4. Intellectual Property

You may view, download, and share our content for your own personal or internal business evaluation purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish our photographs, videos, or articles on other websites, social media accounts, or marketing materials
- Use our content in a way that suggests you are an authorized dealer, distributor, or service center when you are not
- Remove watermarks, credits, or other attribution from our content
- Use our content to train machine learning or AI models
Our social media channels (including our TikTok and Instagram accounts) are part of our brand. Content we publish there is subject to the same rights described in this section.
“Kaihuan” and the Kaihuan Laser name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.
5. Privacy
Your submission of information through the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. Please read it — by using the Website you accept it as well as these Terms.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website contains links to third-party platforms (such as our social media accounts) and uses third-party services (such as Google Analytics). These are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Following a link to another website is at your own risk.
7. No Warranties

Equipment transactions: Nothing in these Terms limits or governs our liability for any equipment sold to you. That liability is defined exclusively by the applicable Sales Contract, including its warranty, delivery, and dispute-resolution provisions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages or liabilities, so some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Relationship to Sales Contracts
If you purchase equipment from us, the applicable Sales Contract governs that transaction. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Sales Contract regarding the equipment transaction, the Sales Contract prevails.
These Terms do not modify the terms of any Sales Contract, and no course of dealing through the Website (including quotations exchanged by email) creates any contract obligation on our part unless and until a Sales Contract is signed or a proforma invoice is confirmed.
10. Indemnity
If you violate these Terms or use the Website in a way that causes us loss or legal exposure (for example, by infringing our intellectual property or submitting unlawful content), you agree to compensate us for the resulting losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same in return.
- To report unauthorized use of our content — including our product images, videos, or articles published elsewhere without permission — send us the URL and a description of the material through the contact form on our Contact page.
- To report content on this Website that infringes your rights, contact us with the same details. We will investigate and remove infringing material where a valid claim is established.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
However, nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your place of residence. Where your local law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain fully available to you.
We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first — reach out through the contact form on our Contact page and we will work with you in good faith.
Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in China, except that either party may also seek injunctive or equivalent protective relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
