Kaihuan Laser: The Factory Behind 1,200,000+ Welding Followers

Handheld fiber laser welders — built, tested, and supported by the source manufacturer in Optics Valley, Wuhan, China. No trading company in between.

Who We Are

Kaihuan Laser was founded in 2021 with one purpose: make industrial laser welding simple enough for any workshop to run. We build 1500W, 2000W, and 3000W handheld fiber laser welding machines — most of them 3-in-1 units that weld, clean rust, and cut thin sheet with the same gun.

We sell factory-direct. The team that answers your question is the same team that assembles and tests your machine.

The Kaihuan Story

Kaihuan Laser started in 2021, in a workshop full of the same frustrations you probably know: TIG welders who command top pay and still can’t keep up, thin stainless warping under too much heat, and hours of grinding after every seam.

Traditional welding was too slow, too dependent on rare skilled hands, and too hard on thin material — so we built our answer: machines that weld, clean, and cut with one gun, refined alongside the workshops that run them every day.

Along the way, something unexpected happened. We started filming the work exactly as it happens — raw close-ups, no filters, no edits — and posting it. Today, more than 1,200,000 people follow those sparks on TikTok and Instagram, and workshop owners in 50+ countries run Kaihuan machines every day.

What Changes on Your Floor

Spend 80% Less Time Grinding

Grinding and polishing typically take 2–3 times longer than the weld itself. A laser weld comes off the table clean — your parts go straight to assembly or delivery, and the hours you used to lose at the bench go back into taking orders.

Weld 2–4× Faster Than TIG

On sheet from 0.5 to 8 mm, a laser seam runs 2 to 4 times faster than TIG — with minimal distortion on thin stainless and galvanized sheet. An operator trained in 30 minutes produces what used to take a $40-an-hour craftsman, so your capacity stops depending on finding one.

Get Real Support

Every Kaihuan machine ships with structured English video training, our technical team troubleshoots with you over remote video, step by step, and we answer every support request within 12 hours. Distributors get the full white-label package: photos, test videos, and documentation, ready to resell under your own brand.

Come and See the Factory

We know the hardest part of buying from China is trusting what you cannot see. So don’t take our word for it — come and see.

Kaihuan Laser is located in Fenghuang Industrial Park, East Lake High-tech Development Zone (Optics Valley), Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, and we welcome customer factory audits year-round. Walk the production line, watch drop tests and full-power endurance runs, and weld your own sample material before you commit a single dollar. If travel is not practical, we will run your sample on camera in a live video call instead.

Most sellers hide their address. We print ours on every quotation.

Building Trust, One Partnership at a Time

Nothing replaces standing on the factory floor. The photos below are from real customer visits — production walkthroughs, live test welds, and the conversations that turn first orders into long-term partnerships. If you are planning a trip to China, our door is open.

Follow the Sparks

We film every weld the way it happens — raw sparks, real seams, no filters.

Follow along before you buy; it is the fastest way to see what these machines actually do.
